The 20th City Council of Cagayan de Oro has recently approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the 44-hectare Orchard District, a township development project by Johndorf Ventures Corporation located in Barangay Balulang. Under City Ordinance No. 2023-325, the project will have 175 lots.
The Orchard District, situated at an elevation of approximately 100 meters, provides breathtaking views of the Cagayan River and the expansive mountain ranges. Its convenient accessibility makes it a prime location for the surrounding residential communities.
