On June 24, 2024, executives of SM Development Corporation (SMDC) held the topping-off ceremony for Vail Residences, their inaugural condominium development in Cagayan de Oro City, located in Upper Carmen. This project, featuring resort-inspired amenities, comprises 12 four-storey buildings with a total of 2,610 residential units. Conveniently, it is just a short walk from SM City CDO Uptown. Meanwhile, it is also set to launch soon two 9-storey residential buildings along the property frontage.

Meanwhile, SMDC is also set to launch two 9-storey residential buildings (with retail units at the ground floor) as part of the Vail Residences complex. These will be located at the property frontage along PN Roa Sr Avenue. In fact, the foundation works for the first tower has already started. See below.
