It’s finally revealed! AppleOne Group has signed an agreement with Radisson Hotel Group to bring the first 5-star hotel and internationally-branded residences to Cagayan de Oro. AppleOne’s partnership with Radisson Hotel Group was made official at a signing ceremony held in Rome, Italy last June 2, 2024. The event marked the commencement of the partnership between the two companies to bring world-class hospitality and premier residences to Northern Mindanao through Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences Cagayan de Oro, a co-located luxury development in the city’s uptown area.
In a separate article, it was gathered that the hotel development will feature a choice of diverse accommodation styles, two restaurants, a rooftop pool, pool bar, a spa and fitness center. Meeting planners can take advantage of six event spaces and a large 872-square meter ballroom, and residence owners will be offered exclusive access to a private clubhouse. – SOURCE
