The scale model for the updated 14-hectare Valley View Township Project in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental is now on display at the project site. The theme park-inspired development boasts of several 14-storey condominium buildings in line with the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. It also has a Fantasyland-inspired entrance gate. This vertical housing project is one of the largest in the country, providing around 10,400 condominium units. photos by Jerick Calasang Rendon.
