Plans are now underway for developing Bugo Central Park, to be located across Cagayan de Oro (Bugo) School of Arts and Trades (COBSAT). 2nd District Congressman Rufus Rodriguez, who advocates for more green spaces, will personally fund the project. In a recent meeting with Bugo Punong Barangay Spencer Cailing, Architect Richard Tan, and Mr. Jordan Tiu of Jejors Construction, it was decided that the park will be developed in four phases. It will include a children’s park, seniors’ exercise area, restrooms, a library café, organic and flower gardens, and a jogging/walking path.
