Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Secretary Dr Renato Solidum, Jr. together with Misamis Oriental 2nd District Rep. Yevgeny Vincente Emano, Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez and El Salvador City Mayor Edgar Lignes recently led the formal groundbreaking ceremony for the new Regional Standards and Testing Laboratories (RSTL) and the DOST Misamis Oriental Provincial Science and Technology Office set to rise in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental. The development marked a significant milestone for DOST X’s RSTL, promising to enhance its service capacity and accommodate a growing number of clients.
