Acting Executive Judge Ana Candida N. Casiῆo of the Regional Trial Court of Misamis Oriental Branch 17 has just issued tonight an order extending the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) until June 3, 2024, preventing Metropac Water Investments Corporation (MWC), Cagayan de Oro Bulk Water Incorporated (COBI) and Rio Verde Water Consortium Inc. from disconnecting the water supply to the Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD).
