Just a week after the official signing of agreements for the project, PHIVIDEC-IA Administrator/CEO, Atty. Joseph J. Bernedo alongside Cong. Yevgeny Vincente Emano, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region 10 (DHSUD) Regional Director Ariel B. Abragan, RGJ Realty Corporation Chairman Romeo G. Jalosjos and Tagoloan Mayor Nadya Emano – Elipe led today’s formal groundbreaking ceremony for the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program located at Zone 3, GK, Barangay Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
As disclosed during the signing ceremony, the project will involve construction of 18 residential towers, each having 12 floors with 20 units of 28 sqm area per floor. All residential units will be affordable to qualified beneficiaries and will primarily cater to Informal Settler Families, PHIVIDEC-IA employees, retired AFP Veterans, PHIVIDEC-IA locators, local communities, and interested individuals who wish to avail themselves of the housing program.
