RGJ Realty Corporation, the developer of Valley View Township and Nirvana Village in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan recently entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority last April 17, to construct 18 residential towers, each having 12 floors with 20 units of 28 sqm area per floor under the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. Additionally, PHIVIDEC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development for the said project on the same day.
The signing ceremony was led by PHIVIDEC-IA Administrator/CEO, Atty. Joseph J. Bernedo, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region 10 (DHSUD) Regional Director Ariel B. Abragan and RGJ Realty Corporation Chairman Romeo G. Jalosjos.
The vertical housing units will be located also in Barangya Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental and within the 3,000-hectare PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate. All residential units will be affordable to qualified beneficiaries and will primarily cater to Informal Settler Families, PHIVIDEC-IA employees, retired AFP Veterans, PHIVIDEC-IA locators, local communities, and interested individuals who wish to avail themselves of the housing program. Groundbreaking for the site will follow as well as the launching of the first tower within the year in celebration of PHIVIDEC-IA’s 50th golden anniversary.
