Three men who were caught in a viral video killing a dog along Andres Bonifacio Avenue in San Miguel, Iligan City were arrested by police yesterday, April 29. The disturbing footage, which sparked outrage among netizens and animal lovers, showed the suspects taking turns assaulting the helpless animal. They now face charges for violating RA 8485, also known as the Animal Welfare Act of 1998.
