The ongoing earthworks at the 12.3-hectare Paseo del Rio Complex in Cagayan de Oro City are nearing completion. Notably, the area to the northeast of Rodelsa Circle has been largely cleared, with only a few large trees remaining. Earthfilling activities continue along the section adjacent to the flood dike.
