The officers of the Korean Association of Cagayan de Oro Inc., recently had a meeting with Misamis Oriental Governor Peter Unabia to explore the possibility of establishing direct flights between Korea and Laguindingan Airport. In attendance was Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Laguindingan Airport Manager Engr. Job de Jesus, whose expertise proved instrumental in addressing aviation-related queries and providing valuable insights to the group.
This initiative aims to bolster connectivity, stimulate economic development, and promote cultural exchange between Korea and the province. By fostering closer ties through enhanced transportation links, both areas stand to benefit from increased tourism, trade, and mutual understanding.
