Following the formal groundbreaking ceremony of Metro Central Mall, the first ever mall to rise in Oroquieta City, a video presentation showing the updated renderings of the mall project was released. Based on the updated floor plan, the 2-storey mall will have Metro Shoppers Department Store and Savemore Market as anchor stores, several popular fastfood chains, appliance and hardware shops, entertainment sites and a cinema. It has a total gross floor area of 15,720 sqm and a gross leasable area of 12,371 sqm.
Here are the floor plans. At the Ground Floor, aside from the anchor stores stated earlier, you can also observe fastfood chains such as Mang Inasal, Chowking, Kenny Rogers Roasters and a Drive-Thru McDonalds. The mall will also have Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, Dunkin’ and Famous Belgian Waffles. Other stores include LBC, Palawan Express Padala, Watsons, and Executive Optical.

At the 2nd Floor are Abenson, ACE Hardware, Mr DIY, El Torogi, Japan Home Center, Bingo Plus, Kidz Play Room, World of Fun, Pandayan Bookshop, Globe, Cellboy, Cellblitz, SSS, LTO, DFA, PRC, fastfood and cinema, among others.
