After several months of delays, Metro Central Mall, the first ever mall to rise in Oroquieta City finally broke ground today, April 23. Mall executives together with City Mayor Lemuel Meyrick Acosta led the milestone event held at the project site located in Upper Langcangan right beside UCCP Church.
