MOCCOV Operations Challenge is a game which aims to showcase the features of the said vehicle like the self-sustaining power through the use of the solar and turbine powered charging, weather monitoring station, STARLINK internet provider, surveillance equipment, 2-way radio communication, quadcopter drone, Search and Rescue Equipment, and medical equipment that can be used during occurrence of natural and man-made hazards and monitoring response efforts for post disaster.

Teams from DRRM Office of Caloocan City, Aurora, Tarlac, and Camiguin raced against the clock to set up the MOCCOV vehicle, execute a rescue challenge, and disassemble equipment with precision, demonstrating their expertise in emergency response and mobile command center operation.

As it is first launched in 2022, the MOCCOV, which was developed by Filipino Inventor Mr. Dennis Abella, is a mobile facility that can be used to plan, direct, coordinate, and control material and manpower resources in times of emergency.

After the challenge, the rescuers are expected to familiarize to the controls and features of MOCCOV where higher operational efficiency is also anticipated.
