Mareion Coast Residences, reportedly the name of the upcoming multi-storey residential condominium project of Wee Comm Magnum Properties and Magnahomes, Inc. which will rise along a beachfront property near Wilcon Depot and Seaside Bible Camp in Barangay Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental, is set to be launched soon.
An initial rendering of the project was revealed last year showing a twin 15-storey building with at least 500 residential units composed of studio and 1-bedroom condo units.
