Here’s a complete walk-through of Leropan Underground River and Cave, the newest tourist spot in Cagayan de Oro City located in Barangay Pagalungan. GETTING THERE. The place is approximately 7.3 kilometers from Brgy Lumbia Proper through a well-paved 2-lane road. There are three major junctions along the way to take note: (1) Junction to Sanitary Landfill, (2) Junction to Pagalungan Brgy Hall, and (3) Junction to Tagpangi Brgy Hall. See the junctions (encircled) in the map below.
This is the junction to the City Sanitary Landfill. Just PROCEED STRAIGHT.
Next is this junction. TAKE THE ROAD ON THE LEFT which is going to Brgy Tagpangi. Road to the right leads to Brgy Pagalungan Proper.
And finally, when you arrive at this junction, TURN RIGHT going to Sitio Leropan. Going straight leads to Brgy Tagpangi.
By the way, there is a maintenance fee of P40 (adults) and P5 (chidren).
