Another religious destination in Cagayan de Oro City is now under development. The Shrine of Sta Cruz (Holy Cross) at Bulao in Iponan with another overlooking view is poised to attract pilgrims once construction is completed. Locals have been using the site which is just across Bulao Elementary School for penitence during the Lenten season. As suggested by its name, the shrine is anticipated to feature a large cross, with excavations already underway. Info and photos by Dondon Cabasa Allorin.
