Check out the latest construction update of Bayview Heights, Alveo Land’s pioneering residential development in Cagayan de Oro City located in the highlands of Tablon. As shown, civil works continue on this 34-hectare residential project which is within the master-planned 113-hectare mixed use estate. The development maximizes the use of its surrounding natural environment.

This is the entrance along the National Highway which have the commercial component of the estate.

Meanwhile, this is now the main village entrance which is along the new JR Borja Extension Road (Eastern Interior Bypass Road).

The main entrance road is still being developed.

This is now part of Phase 1 development.

Construction of road networks is still ongoing.

Phase 1 has a minimum elevation of 91 meters above sea level (masl).

Maximum elevation of Phase 1 is at 196 masl.

The forested reserves in the area are already delineated.

You can observe the area has an overlooking view of Macajalar Bay.

This is now the backside of the estate bordering a ravine overlooking Cugman River.
