Did you know that the private investor for the first Cable Car System in Cagayan de Oro City has already taken steps in realizing the proposal? Late last year, an aerial LiDAR mapping for the project was conducted by AE Botuyan Construction and Structural Consultancy, Inc. LiDAR which stands for “light detection and ranging” is a form of three-dimensional mapping technology by measuring precise distances and spatial relationships between objects and features within an environment. The teaser 3D Map showed a portion of Uptown Cagayan de Oro where a segment of the aerial mass transport system is being proposed.
