In honor of International Women’s Month, a motorela in Valencia City, Bukidnon, is providing complimentary free rides for women. The service is only available in the Poblacion area. A small tarpaulin is placed on the motorela’s front and sides as well as a large “LIBRENG SAKAY” signage on the upper front.
