Embracing a reinvented tradition, it now operates as a full-service restaurant, offering delectable Filipino cuisine alongside its iconic lechon. With expanded space and options for both alfresco and air-conditioned dining, Poldo’s Seaside proudly carries on its cherished family legacy now for over half a century. Open daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm.
