The upcoming KCC Mall of Iligan will break ground in May this year. This was revealed following the visit of KCC Property Holdings Inc’s Chairman of the Board Chan Sui Lam to Iligan City Mayor Freddie Siao. During the visit, the Iligan Investment Incentive Promotion Center (IIPC) gave Laranao Commercial Center Corporation a Certificate of Registration for Incentives. Said company will be the to build and operate the mall which is still in the process of securing the required Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) and other relevant permits and clearances before construction.
