No Holy Week ‘Panaad’ this year at Sipaka Heights due to ongoing zipline tourism project

Because of the ongoing Zipline Tourism Development Project, Sipaka Heights in Talisayan, Misamis Oriental is temporarily closed to the public which means there will be no “Panaad” this year during Holy Week at one of the more popular sites of the Lenten Season. The P49.94 million zipline project which broke ground last February 9, will be 2 kilometers long and will start at Sipaka Heights and end at the Talisayan Boulevard (Public Park), making it the longest in the province with an unparalleled scenic view.

The 2-kilometer zipline will start somewhere near the top of Sipaka Heights.
