Construction continues for the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) 8-storey Student Center in Cagayan de Oro. Works being undertaken are still under the project’s Phase 1 which covers all structural works and architectural works of the 1st two floors. It can be recalled that building construction was previously halted due to contractor issues.
As shown, construction is now on the 6th level.
Based on its last progress update, Phase 1 of the project is at 29 percent completion as of January 2024. This covers structural works and architectural works of the 1st two floors.
