The 20th Cagayan de Oro City Council recently enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Belmonde Towers composed of two 7-storey residential condominium buildings with 266 saleable units. To be developed by Communities Cagayan, Inc. (CCI), the project is part of The Montage (pronounced Mon-Tazh) by Vista Estates, a 50-hectare Grand European-inspired masterplanned estate located right beside Gran Europa in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City.
The next phase of Belmonde Towers is the 12-storey condominium building.
The approval of the PSDP is, however, subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Housing Board.
The Montage is divided into five zones – The Belmonde Towers is within Zones 1 and 3 which are residential havens; Zones 2 and 4 are the commercial and business centers while Zone 5 takes care of residents’ wellness and hospitality needs.
