A Foodpanda delivery rider was just supposed to file a complaint at the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) Station 2 in Cogon after he was scammed by a customer who could no longer be contacted last Thursday night, February 15. Instead, cops on duty felt pity on the rider and decided to buy the undelivered food. Foodpanda rider Darwin Martel expressed his appreciation for the police in his Facebook post.
