The Xavier University Crusaders have announced its official roster for the National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) Mindanao Regional Championship (RC) set to start today, February 2 in Sarangani Province. The top four that will emerge from the Mindanao RC will claim a slot in the NBTC National Finals at the MOA Arena from March 18 to 24.
