FDC Utilities Inc. and PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority have recently signed a land lease agreement for the additional 7.2 hectares of land to the existing 11.65 hectares allotted for the development of a solar power plant inside PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. The renewable energy project which will be developed by FDC Green Energy Corp. (FDCGEC) has been expanded from 11.5 megawatts (MW) to 20 MW.
