Construction of the Canitoan Roundabout section of the CDO New West Diversion Road Project is expected to start soon. This phase of the project covers the flaring of the intersection of Calaanan Road and Carmen-Canitoan Road and related drainage works. All affected structures in the said vicinity will have to be demolished. When the roundabout is completed, a seamless flow of traffic is anticipated in the area, effectively connecting Calaanan Road to the CDO New West Diversion Road.
