Police Regional Office 10 (PRO-10) led by Regional Director PBGen Ricardo G Layug, Jr, recently held the Blessing and Turn-over of 24 brand new units 4×2 Toyota Hilux vehicles at the Regional Headquarters at Camp Alagar in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. These brand new vehicles will hold significant importance as it is poised to usher in a new era of enhanced mobility and capabilities for every police unit across the region and law enforcement efforts are expected to be more agile, responsive, and effective.
