Arjay E Nambatac of Xavier University just became a two-time board topnotcher after placing 3rd in the December 2023 Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination with results released today. Nambatac previously placed 7th in the October 2023 Chemical Engineer Board Exam. Congratulations!
