The Bureau of Customs (BOC) seized two smuggled luxury vehicles misdeclared as used truck replacement parts at the Mindanao Container Terminal in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental last December 15, 2023. The two (2) Porsches that arrived from Korea on December 12, 2023 were consigned to M. Aguila Car Trading and were declared as 1,045 pieces of truck replacement parts with an estimated value of P30 million.

After receiving a derogatory information, the BOC Intelligence Group requested the Port of Cagayan de Oro to issue a Pre-Lodgment Control Order (PLCO) against the subject shipment.
