Although the Bugna Bridge is now accessible to all motorists on the Alae-Phividec Bypass Road, a “toll fee” is still being collected at the Casinglot, Tagoloan Junction, reportedly by the owner of a private property. This suggests unresolved right-of-way payment issues that require attention. Similarly, at the opposite end in Mantibugao, Manolo Fortich, barriers have been installed by private property owners, indicating a need for resolution in this area as well.
