Bugna Bridge, the final segment of the 17-kilometer Alae-Phividec Bypass Road, was finally opened just today, December 15, 2023 but only for bicycles, motorcycles, and other small 2-wheeled vehicles as two pick-up trucks were observed to be blocking the road in Brgy Mantibugao, Manolo Fortich pending right-of-way (ROW) payments. Perhaps, the official opening will be made once all ROW issues have been resolved.
