Construction of Xavier University Masterson Campus dubbed Campus of the Future has already began. In a video, XU President Fr. Mars P Tan SJ announced the start of earthworks on the 21-hectare campus which is estimated to be completed in 2 to 2.5 years. A billboard of the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) issued by the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-EMB) for the said project is already posted onsite.
As shown, the ECC also covers the Manresa Town development by Cebu Landmasters Inc.
