OUREA by Asterra, the first ever condominium project in the province of Bukidnon will soon rise in Malaybalay City. Stratregically located along Diversion Road in Barangay Casisang near Lumina Homes, the project was finally revealed during a recent project preview held in the city. The upcoming development will be under Asterra, the latest affordable condominium brand of the Villar Group. It was initially named Malaybalay Inland Resort and Residences.
