Malaybalay Inland Resort and Residences, the first ever resort-type smart condominium complex will soon rise in Malaybalay City. It will be the first of its kind in Bukidnon. This was revealed during a recent sales meeting in Malaybalay City. Accordingly, the upcoming development will be under Asterra, the latest affordable condominium brand of the Villar Group. No specific details yet but the project location is reportedly near Lumina Homes along Diversion Road.
The sales meeting was attended by brokers and sales agents.
