Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando `Klarex’ Uy led today’s ceremonial turn over of 40 two-storey buildings comprising 960 units at the city’s housing project in Barangay Balubal to member beneficiaries of Balubal Heights Subdivision Federation Inc. (BHSFI). It is the first medium-rise socialized housing project in Mindanao.
During this morning’s event, Mayor Klarex also gave entry passes and occupancy permits to the beneficiaries.
Also in attendance were City Councilor Edgar Cabanlas, Barangay Council of Balubal, project contractor Performance Builders and Developers Corp. and officials of Social Housing Finance Corporation, City Housing and Urban Development Department, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, and other key shelter agencies.
