Construction of SM CITY ILIGAN, the first ever SM Supermall in the province of Lanao del Norte, will start next year. This was revealed during a briefing wherein it was also disclosed that the upcoming mall project located along Andres Bonifacio Avenue corner Isabel Ramiro Street in Sto. Rosario is currently on its design phase. It will be the 9th SM Supermall in Mindanao when it opens.
Here’s the exact location of the upcoming mall. It is conveniently situated along the National Highway (Andres Bonifacio Avenue) and near the crossing to the Integrated Bus Terminal.

It can be recalled that last September 2022, SM officials visited Iligan City Mayor Frederick Siao to confirm their upcoming mall project.
