Following the conclusion of the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, people gathered in cemeteries and memorial parks to pay respects to departed relatives and friends. Notably, this year marked the first observance of Undas (All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day) at the newly redeveloped Cagayan de Oro City Memorial Park in Camaman-an, despite the ongoing nature of the project.
