The City Government of Cagayan de Oro has recently issued guidelines for the observance of All Saints’ Day (November 1) and All Souls’ Day (November 2). These guidelines, as specified in Executive Order No. 332-2023, will apply to both private and public cemeteries and memorial parks within the city. Notably, overnight stays will not be permitted, and visiting hours will be restricted from 6 AM to 10 PM.
