Wee Comm Magnum Properties, Inc. has tapped LLG Architects to design the next phase of Intalio Estates, its flagship 50-hectare residential development located in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City. The formal contract signing ceremony was held last October 23 in Cebu City. LLG Architects is the team behind the famed The Rise at Monterrazas in Cebu.
