The Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) of Mt. Kitanglad Range Natural Park (MKRNP) has now reopened Mt. Kitanglad Peak to climbers. Further, it also released an advisory of the implementation of the “book now, pay now” scheme for those who wish to conquer the three main peaks – Mt. Kitanglad, Dulangdulang and Maagnao. Read below.
The Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) of Mt. Kitanglad Range Natural Park (MKRNP) through the Protected Area Management Office (PAMO) headed by PASu Merlita Luna-Tabamo would like to inform the public that if you wish to conquer Mts. Kitanglad, Dulangdulang, and Maagnao, the Office is implementing the “book and buy scheme” (book now, pay now). Since we opened Mts. Dulangdulang and Maagnao at the start of this year, all weekends until the end of the year (CY2023) have already been reserved/paid. Though, there are still available slots during weekdays.
Moreover, we only accept bookings or reservations for CY2023 ONLY! We did not and will not accept reservations for CY 2024. We will officially announce the opening of reservations for next year in the coming months.
