PARCO ITALIA, the upcoming P2.38-billion 4.3-hectare mixed-use development by Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) located in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City will feature 4-storey walk-up apartment buildings with around 1,600 affordable units. This was disclosed by IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati after he was invited as a guest panelist during the recent 6th Hospitality Philippines Conference in Pasay City.
Meanwhile, he also revealed a work in progress design of the said project as shown below. IDC has earlier stated that Parco Italia will carry the Verona brand as a follow-up to their Verona Green Residences, the low-rise walk-up condo development located in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City.
