Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy recently led the formal groundbreaking ceremony for the 4.2-hectare Phase 2 development of the Cagayan de Oro Housing Project in Barangay San Simon last September 7. The National Housing Authority (NHA) will build 132 Duplex-type housing units in the said lot owned by the city government.
