The newly-renovated gym in Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City was flooded amid heavy rains Friday afternoon, September 8. The once open covered court has been transformed into a fully functional enclosed facility and was completed just recently. As shown in the photo, the entire floor was submerged during today’s heavy rain.
