Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy led today’s formal ground breaking ceremony for the new 4-storey, 8-classroom building inside West City Central School in Carmen. Each classroom will have built-in multi-media package which includes SMART TV, projector, sound system and desktop computer.
