Finally for the first time in Cagayan de Oro … two Philippine legends – Efren Bata Reyes and Francisco Django Bustamante, arguably the greatest billiards players in the country, will square off in an exhibition match dubbed “Engkwentro sa CDO” on August 27, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Limketkai Luxe Hotel. The event is one of the parallel events in this year’s Higalaay Festival. Tickets are P1,500 (ringside), P1,000 (2nd / 3rd rows) and P500 (outer rows), all with free cocktails. Meanwhile, local pool stars Demosthenes Pulpul and Allan Abduhalim, both among the rising billiard players in the country meet in the main supporting event.
