The ongoing redevelopment of Magsaysay Park under Phase 1 of Project Lunhaw in Cagayan de Oro has now caused the removal of two large old trees which have been a fixture at the said park for decades. We still do not know the details of the project but certainly, the said trees will now just be in the memories of Kagay-anons.
